What data is processed
- Login cookie (mepa_session): keeps you logged in. The course uses a shared password, and the cookie cannot identify you as a person.
- Language cookie (mepa_lang): remembers the language you chose.
- Browser local storage : saved recipes, your progress (watched videos) and your subtitle choice are kept only on your own device and are not sent to the server. You can reset your progress on the home page.
- Server logs : Cloudflare processes technical log data (such as IP addresses) to keep the service secure.

Retention period
Data is kept until the end of the contract period on 31 October 2028 at the latest, after which it is deleted.
